Job Description:
- The ideal candidates will have solid experience in conception, design & delivery of customer facing cross platform desktop applications.
- Will have strong hands on experience in coding & design of front end technologies.
- Will be passionate and obsess about providing the best in class customer experience.
- Will have a successful track record in delivering new features and products in a fast paced environment. A commitment to bias for action, team work, strong communication skills, mentoring junior engineers and just do it attitude are absolute requirements.
- Will possess solid knowledge in fundamentals of Computer Science and Object oriented design skills.
Desired profile :
- Excellent programming skills in either C, C++ or Java
- Strong fundamentals in core Computer Science areas like Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Creatively use their tech skills to solve business problems
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS based development experience is a plus.
- Multi-task
- Quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements
- Learn new systems
- Create reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and orally is a key competency as is demonstrable skill as a self-starter
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech/Ph.D degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience, is required
