Job Responsibilities:
- Placing calls to the insurance companies to obtain status of the medical bill
- Document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
- Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided
- Regular Attendance.
- Work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.
- Apply the training knowledge to the day to day work
Requirements:
- Any graduates and post graduates Other than listed below can apply.
- Any non IT, CSE, ECE engineering streams can apply.
- Any 3years (10th, +2 +3yrs Dip) Diploma holders can also apply.
- Candidates with 0 to 12months experience in International/Domestic calling or AR Calling can apply.
- Candidates with BE/B.Tech (CSE, IT, & ECE) MCA, MSC (IT/CS), ME, MTECH, MBA Education background cant apply.
