Job Description:

• 6 months Talent Search and HR Analyst expereince in BPO/KPO added advantage.     
• Online Talent/Skills Research across geographies.
• Researching data from various primary and secondary resources
• Use Internet to gather data and enter into client systems
• Analyzing the researched data
• Gathering facts from multiple sources and assimilating into concise format
• Entering information and files into specified files or forms from the recorded material
• To check and verify duplicates already existing in the system
• Maintain, update and customize updated data reports
• Responsible to complete the work in the specified SLA.
• Responsible to give the daily status of work or entries done throughout the working hours.
• Responsible to fill various kinds of forms/reports in the MIS

Desired Profile:

• Experience in talent research & analysis, specially secondary research
• Ability to investigate and build upon the pipeline database
• Good communication skills
• Good typing skills and working knowledge of word/excel
