Job Description:
As an Analyst you would be performing Provisioning & De-Provisioning on different Applications . Should have good knowledge on Active Directory/RACF/Exchange & Networking concepts. You would be working 24*7 environment in various shifts.Desired Profile:
- Should have minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Sector mainly in Active Directory/RACF/Exchange.
- Should be a B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Certifications like ITIL/MCP/MCSE would be an added advantage.
Role Responsibilities:
- Knowledge on Active Directory/RACF/Exchange & Basic networking concepts.
- Establishes working relationships with others outside area of expertise.
- Applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs and other internal/external contacts.
- Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security policies and procedures.
- Ensures network (LAN/WAN, telecommunications, and voice) security access and protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
- Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.
- Should have excellent communication skills & willing to work 24*7 in various shifts.
