Job Description:

• Responsible to take calls and do e-mails
• Should be flexible to work on e-mails and calls both
• Ensure monthly clients target is met
• Ability to handle Customers query and resolve issues asap as per Standard Procedure
• Excellent communication skills required
• Any Graduate can apply,UG not eligible
• Job Location-Noida
• Shift Timing- 5.30 pm-3.30am window ,any 9hr shift will be given
• 5 days working,any two days off in a week.
