Job Description:
- To Reconcile Supplier outstanding balances with Agilitys supplier balances
- Coordinating with branches that invoices are processed on time
- Managing the assigned suppliers queries, handle suppliers accounts independently
- Clear the on account and direct debits payments to suppliers on a regular basis
- Work and assist region contact in all Accounts Payable related activities
- Creating payment runs in the AP Module
- Standardization of the process
- Ensure that all critical suppliers are followed up on a day to day basis
- Pass the Journal Entries
- Conduct/Undertake trainings and participate in the team events as required
- Up to date documentation of the processes handled
- Undertake any special projects assigned in addition to handling day to day activities
Desired Profile :
- Graduates (B.COM/M.Com/MBA) with a minimum of 50% marks
- Good command over English (Written/Oral),
- Ability to join within 7 days for Fresher
- Shift - General
- Age Limit: Upto 26 Years
