Job Description:

• Screening Candidates
• Identifing the right candidate as per the requirement
• Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
• Accurate data reporting on daily basis
• Vendor Management
• Interacting with Vendors and closing the requirements
• Doing searches on the portals, posting ads, classifieds and get the right set of people as per the requirements.

Desired Profile:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Basic Knowledge of computer like MS Office
• Should be willing to run extra mile and take up new challenges
• Should be result and target oriented.
• Should be willing to join immediately.
• Should not be pursuing any regular course
• Candidates with 1 Year experience in International BPO
• (voice) / Consultancy experience can also apply
• Candidates should be comfortable with traveling within Hyderabad
