Job Description:
- It is a Customer care project which handles End to end airline operation.
- Handling email management for all corporate and travel agent queries.
- Handling Customer Care related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Rebooking,Credit card verification, Queues Management,
- Providing customer support over the call through inbound calling.
Desired Profile:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Drop outs, Under graduates and graduates can apply.
- Candidates should have good communication skills with Hindi.
- English and Hindi language is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts/24*7 shifts.
