Job Description:
- Candidates will be responsible for entire pre and post joining formalities.
- Candidate Will be responsible for preparation of all joining documents including the statutory forms, Offer Letter/Appointment Letters.
- Coordination with different departments for Joining, Induction and Orientation programs.
- Should have knowledge on statutory Compliance (Knowledge of PF & ESI).
- Updation and maintenance of HR Records (HRIS) in different verticals (Joining Records, Training and Development records, Employee
- Data Base etc.) and keep the management updated.
- Will be responsible for handling HR Software.
- Well versed with the recruitment process and job portals.
Desired Candidate's Profile:
