• Technical Support Executive (BPO voice process)
• Qualification: Any graduate (Preferably B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BCA, BA)
• Post graduates need not apply.
• Experience: 0-2 Years
• CTC: 2.01 p.a.

Job Profile:

• Handling inbound calls
• Troubleshooting the Technical issues of the customers
• Support US/Canadian customers

Desired Profile:

• Good communication skill
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in night shifts
