Job Description

  • Good communication skills in English and regional language i.e.Hindi/Telugu (preferably with a neutral accent), have pleasing telephone etiquettes, Customer focus, willingness to learn.
  • 0-1 years experience in the BPO field or in a service industry. 
  • 1 year of experience in customer care/ handling customers in a BPO environment in the clients line of process will be a definitive advantage.
  • Service industry exp is an added advantage
  • Typing Speed : 20wpm 80% accuracy, ), adept at operating computers & familiarity with Internet is desired
  • Aptitude: Process orientation, Systems thinking
