Job Description :

• Excellent Opportunity for FRESHERS + EXPERIENCED.
• Answer calls and assess customers' technical support needs and handle/route accordingly.
• Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
• Sort out technical and some of the basic technical issues based on FAQs.
• Update customers about product line and service offerings, current products and technologies.
• Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Call support database.
• Classification of issues and root causes correctly and accurately.

Desired Profile:

• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people.
• Analytical, articulate, result-oriented, able to perform under pressure and provide excellent follow up.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and reporting & documentation skills.
• OK for 24X7 Shifts.
