Job Description:
- Technical Support Associates for Asia Pacific Customers
- Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solutions ensuring customer satisfaction
- Solving Hardware & Software Issues
- Technical Trouble-shooting for Asia Pacific customers over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
- Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English & Hindi
- Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
- Predominantly DAY SHIFT, but should be ready to work in Night Shifts, basis business requirement.
Desired Profile:
- Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age)
- Only Graduates are eligible
- Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred
- CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible
- Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible
- BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible for Voice Process
