Job Description:
- Good communication skills and technical knowledge with an attitude to help customers.
- Confident, stable and an Independent worker, open to flexible hours, night shifts.
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Multitasking skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Technical Competencies:
- Working knowledge of Operating Systems and basic understanding of Internet fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of Desktops and Laptops and basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals and accessories.
Qualification:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC)/Diploma in Computer Applications/Hardware with minimum 6 months relevant work experience.
