Job Description:
- Great Opportunity for Graduate Fresher in Dell for Technical US Voice Process.
- Supporting technical issues related to computers faced by US Dell customers.
- Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
- The profile is a blend of Tech Support & Sales.
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- 0 to 30 months of experience.(Candidates having Beyond 30 months should not apply)
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (10+2+3) without any backlogs.
- Undergraduates (Dropouts) with at least 12 months of international call centre tech support experience.
