Job Description:
- The Reporting Analyst Associate develops, analyzes, and distributes ad hoc reports as requested. The Reporting Analyst Associate also supports the various reporting tools required to access Ernst & Youngs information systems
- Independently responds to client requests, responsible for keeping schedule of report requests and makes certain that reports meet clients needs. Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate best practices.
- Receives direct supervision. Work is reviewed at frequent intervals.
- Position does not have any supervisory responsibility
- Responsible for maintaining adequate coverage of ad hoc reporting requests during business hours (may require overtime)
Technical skills requirements:
- Strong customer service, communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality review of work deliverable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and database access tools
- Numerical aptitude and substantial statistical, analytical, and data interpretation ability
- Technical knowledge of complex applications and programming tools
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-3 years related reporting experience
