Job Description:
- Finds matching resumes by screening Job board, postings in Job Boards, Social Media networks,
- sourcing thru candidate Referrals and thru preferred vendors.
- Prepares sourcing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Updates Technology knowledge/terminologies by reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations/groups.
- Must be ambitious, have strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Be a fast learner with strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication
