Job Description:
- To be able to up sell & cross sell Go Ibibo travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service.
- To be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements in English Language.
- Handle calls and emails
Desired Profile:
- Freshers with amadeus knowledge/Travel diploma can only apply.
- Drop outs, Under graduates and graduates can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts/24*7 shifts.
- Candidate should have Good communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice inbound travel process
