• Any Diploma / Any Graduate
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• To receive & review applications/resumes
• Managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.
• Good communication skills

Desired Profile:

• First 3 months - no salary
• 3-6 months - Rs.7k stipend per month
• Above 6 months - Rs.10k per month (based on performance)
