Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for generating revenue & maximizing the brokerage for the department by meeting the targets of account opening operations
• To accomplish his Account opening targets, set by the superiors.
• Accomplishing their brokerage targets; C to C (Cost to Costing).
• Accomplishing their AUM (Asset under Management) targets.
• Generating leads through cold calling.
• Analyzing & increasing the client database and finding out the potential
• Clients- based on their priority level of the Client, fixing meetings with the seniors with the help of database, personal references & networking.
• Collection of Margins from the Clients.
• Self analyzing the market as well as compiling the data received from the Research Analysis Team and updating the Customers accordingly.
• Preparing a daily MIS of number of calls made and meetings conduct and sending them to the sales manager as well as Business Head in CRM.
• Looking into the avenues for tapping bulk accounts.
• Identifying the non-trading accounts and push them for trading.
• Providing better services to the Clients and request them for references.
• Ability to influence prospective Clients and convert leads into Sales as well as convincing them to invest more.
• Acquiring more and more Clients with high net worth for getting increased revenues.
• Looking into corporate deals and finding out more mass attraction avenues.
• To enhance profitability of the business by ensuring cross selling of other products of the organization like mutual funds insurance, FD, IPO etc and its distribution.
