Eligibility:

- 1 year of experience in handling e-mail correspondence in any industry
- Role is to provide e-mail correspondence support to Enterprise Customers along with Close Looping & Service Request Closure as and when required
- Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Sharda Centre, Karve Road, Pune.
Skill Set:
- Relevant Experience in written communication / email processes in any industry
- Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
- Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
