Job Description:
- Is responsible for action steps that are clearly defined and laid out; Handles repetitive routine activities, that are standardised, with little or no scope for digression
- Performs operational tasks of a repetitive nature, for which output is specified in advance
- Is measured on adherence to timelines, quality, cost/ savings targets
