Job Description:
- Answer Inbound Complaint Calls as well as assist customers who have specific queries
- Make outbound calls to take customer concerns or to check satisfaction level
- Listen to and record complaints in the customer service application
- Answer queries and give clarity on desired information
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues and escalating unsolved problems
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests
- Maintain call center database by entering information
- Keeping equipment (Computers, Headsets etc.) operational by following established procedures and by timely reporting malfunctions
- Update job knowledge by participating in Job Knowledge opportunities and quizzes
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
